After purchase your license key is shown in your Dashboard under "Your Key". The download button is also on that page. If you don't see it, email support@darkcredits.org with your order ID.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, log into your Dashboard — your key will be there regardless. If your dashboard shows no key either, email support@darkcredits.org with your order ID from Stripe.
Yes — we offer a 7-day refund policy from date of purchase, provided you've played less than 2 hours. Email support@darkcredits.org with your order ID. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" — enter your email and we'll send a reset link valid for 15 minutes.
GamerTags are permanent by design — choose carefully when registering. If you made a typo or serious error on your very first registration, contact us within 24 hours and we may be able to help.
Currently Windows (Windows 10 and 11). The game is built on WinForms + OpenTK. Mac and Linux support is not planned for the near future.
First make sure you have the .NET 8 Runtime installed (download from microsoft.com/net). If it still crashes, submit a bug report above with your OS version and any error message shown.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Our servers only receive a confirmation after payment succeeds. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. Each license key is tied to one account. Sharing your key or credentials violates our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.
You can delete your account directly from your Dashboard under Settings. To request a copy of your data, email privacy@darkcredits.org. We respond within 30 business days as required by PIPA BC.
